Current website scope
This release is an informational website. It does not provide accounts, contact forms, provider registration, quotes, bookings, payments, reviews or live location search, so it does not deliberately collect names, email addresses, vehicle details or postcodes through public pages.
Server and security logs
The hosting environment may process technical information such as IP address, requested page, browser identifier, time and response status to deliver the site, protect it from abuse and investigate faults. Access and retention should be limited to those purposes.
Cookies and storage
The website does not set analytics, advertising or preference cookies. The mobile menu and service selector do not store personal information.
Location
The current site does not request device location. The future marketplace will retain manual postcode entry and request optional location only after a clear action.
Future forms and accounts
When Britixo integration is active, each form will explain its purpose, required data, retention and rights. Connected workflows will use server-side validation, permissions, auditability and secure storage.
Contact and legal operator
The legal operator and data-protection contact will be published before personal data collection begins. This release does not invent unconfirmed details.
